TERRE HAUTE, Ind.-  The city of Terre Haute is asking for your input on what needs to be done to improve the parks and recreational activities offered.

You can now take a survey to give your thoughts and help to create a five-year plan.

The survey is being conducted by a Purdue Extension Program.

The deadline to place your input is on May 25.
