BRAZIL, Ind. – Brazil police are investigating a shooting that happened early Sunday morning.

Officers say that the owner of a home on North Ashley Street said that 36-year-old Raymond Morris kicked in the front door of the home.

The home owner then told Morris to leave and when he didn’t he opened fire and one shot hit Morris in the leg.

He underwent surgery and is expected to recover and will face several charges.
