VIGO COUNTY, Ind – The Vigo County School Board will meet tonight at 6 p.m. in the administration building on Wabash Ave.
On the agenda is consideration of a new suicide prevention policy as well as an update to its civility policy.
State law requires school districts to adopt suicide prevention policies.
The board is expected to approve over $2.8 million dollars in various paving projects at several locations including adding more parking at the Aquatic Center.
The board is also expected to vote on continuing its contract for another five years with Joink to continue to provide technology services. The corporation currently pays just over $13,000 per month for those services now. That cost will go up by just over $400 per month starting July 1st.
