VIGO COUNTY, Ind – A plea deal has been reached for a Terre Haute mother facing charges in connection to the death of her disabled daughter.
29-year-old Tiffany Daugherty and the child’s father, 34-year-old Brian Moseman, of Terre Haute, were both arrested in 2017 following an investigation into the child’s death in January 2016.
Adilynn Moseman died due to starvation and lack of medical care.
Daugherty will be sentenced to a total of 21 years with 10 years to be served in prison or community corrections.
How she will serve the rest of her time will be determined by the judge during a sentencing hearing July 19th.
Moseman is set to stand trial August 6th.
