SULLIVAN COUNTY, Ind. – A former school treasurer accused of stealing money from the Southwest Sullivan has accepted a plea deal according to News10.
Amy Kinnett was arrested by Indiana State Police in November 2017.
She allegedly made $6,000 in personal purchases on a school corporation credit card, stole $1,000 in cash and wrote checks on the corporations account.
Exact terms of the agreement are not clear but she will return to court later this month.
