CLINTON, Ind – The Clinton City Police Department is morning the loss of their Retired Clinton City K9 Officer Piper.

The department says that Piper began her career with the Vermillion County Sheriff’s Department and ended her career with the Clinton City Police Department and handler, Justin Nelson, his family.
