VIGO COUNTY, Ind. – A Terre Haute man arrested back in July will make an initial court appearance today on charges of criminal confinement, kidnapping, and strangulation.
Police say that back on July 23rd 30-year-old Dominic Pope held a woman against her will, battered her, and threatened her with a machete.
Pope is being held in the Vigo County Jail on $50,000 bond.
