VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Vermillion County Deputies received a report from concerned citizens of a person inside the pavilion at the park in Fairview who appeared to be under the influence of something.

Police found 36-year-old Angela D. Eslinger of Montezuma and arrested her on charges of Public Intoxication and Possession of a Legend Drug Injection Device.

After being cleared by medical staff, Eslinger was taken to the Vermillion County Jail.

She was also wanted for Probation Violation out of Parke County.
