TERRE HAUTE, Ind – More charges against those arrested after gun fire at a party in the 700 block of South Fifth Street last weekend.
One man was seriously hurt when he was struck by a bullet.
A total of nine defendants appeared in court Thursday.
All are facing various drug related charges. Those charges range from possession of meth all the way up to dealing drugs and gang activity.
All will make court appearances next week.
The party was advertised on social media and charged admission but a permit for the party was not granted by the city.
Police are still investigating and ask that if you know anything to give them a call.
Those arrested and facing charges:
Nicholas Holder, 20, of Indianapolis, obstruction of justice and criminal recklessness while armed with a deadly weapon
Cleveland Townsend, 22, of Indianapolis, criminal recklessness while armed with a deadly weapon, obstruction of justice.
Michael Edward Brown II, 29, of Terre Haute, unlawful possession of a firearm by a violent felon, theft of a firearm, possession and dealing meth and marijuana.
Maurice Frazier Jr., 19, Terre Haute, maintaining a common nuisance-controlled substance, and failure to appear.
Austin Fletcher, 19, Indianapolis, maintaining a common nuisance-controlled substance
Quebec L. Duarte, 19, Terre Haute, maintaining a common nuisance-controlled substance
Jalenn Whitlock, 20, Terre Haute, Terre Haute, maintaining a common nuisance-controlled substance
Jaryn Satterfield, 20, Terre Haute, maintaining a common nuisance-controlled substance
Elijah Dunham, 20, Terre Haute, maintaining a common nuisance-controlled substance
