TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A Terre Haute man has been sentenced to three years on home detention and three years on probation after pleading guilty to arson in five vehicle fires set in June 2017.

37 year old Donald Morris Jr., pleaded guilty in October to felony arson charges.

The vehicle fires occurred in the area of North 13th Street near Indiana and Delaware Avenues, and on Garfield Avenue.

He will receive credit for time served.
