TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A new city judge has been appointed for Terre Haute by Governor Eric Holcomb.
Matthew Sheehan replaces Chris Wrede who resigned August 9th.
Sheehan received a Bachelor of Science from Indiana State University and his law degree from Indiana University.
