TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A Terre Haute woman was arrested after a Sunday night accident that was responsible for leaving over 200 Duke Energy Customers on the city’s east side in the dark until late Monday morning.
23 year old Conner Rollo admitted to drinking a case of beer at friend’s house.
She told police she swerved to miss a deer and crashed into a utility pole which caused the outage.
Witnesses told officers that they believed that she was traveling at around 80 miles per hour and was all over the road.
Rollo’s blood alcohol level tested at .23 percent.
