TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A home in northwest Terre Haute was destroyed by fire early Sunday morning.

Fire crews were called out just after 7:30 to 4th Street and Elizabeth Avenue which is just off of Highway 41 north, across from Cross Tabernacle Church.

Officials made quick work of the blaze at the home that was reportedly vacant.
