TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Former Vigo County School Superintendent, Danny Tanoos is set to appear in court today in Indianapolis.

Tanoos faces three felony counts of bribery for allegedly awarding contracts to a company in exchange for personal favors.

His lawyers have filed a motion to dismiss his case because they say that the allegations don’t qualify as bribery.
