TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A Terre Haute man has been arrested and faces multiple charges in connection with a drive-by shooting near 6th and Buckeye on August 6th.
20-year-old Davonte Brown is facing charges of Attempted Murder, Aggravated battery, Criminal Recklessness and Carrying a Handgun without a License.
A 17-year-old girl suffered a gun shot wound to the hip.
Brown will appear in court today (Friday) and is being held in the Vigo County Jail on $100,000 bond.
