TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A Terre Haute man made a final court appearance before his jury trial starts on May 13th.
21-year-old Dylan Morgan is accused of shooting and killing 18 year old Gage Eup at a home on Cleveland Avenue back in August.
He is also charged with altering the scene of a death investigation.
Police say drugs and alcohol were involved.
