TERRE HAUTE, Ind. –  An arrest has been made in connection a Friday pursuit.

Terre Haute Police arrested 31 year old Cody Stewart on charges of resisting law enforcement, carrying a handgun without a license, possession of meth, and driving while suspended.

During that same chase, police arrested the passenger of the truck Jacob Brier who will appear in court on Friday.

Brier was charged in connection to a shooting that took place last week and will appear in court on Wednesday (2/6/19).

Stewart’s arrest was not connected to the shooting.
