WASHINGTON, Ind. – A Washington, Indiana man is facing charges for allegedly running an illegal gambling and bookmaking operation.

Police have been investigating 59 year old Roger Padgett for the past four years.

Padgett owns the Tuxedo Bar in Washington.

That investigation included surveillance, undercover officers, and a search of his trash.

Padgett has already bonded-out of the Daviess County Jail.

A court date has not yet been set.
