VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Saturday night (2/9/19) around 11:45 PM, Vermillion County Deputies were sent to a single car accident at 1850 S. CR 350 E.

Officers found 30-year-old Andrew S. Robison of Montezuma walking away from the crash.

Police say that Robinson denied any connection to the vehicle however, officers found the keys to the vehicle in his pants pocket. Officers also discovered that the truck actually belonged to a friend.

A chemical test showed that Robison had a BAC of .20%.

He was arrested and held on $10,000.00 Bond.
