CLINTON, Ind – A groundbreaking was held last week on an expansion of the Valley Professionals Community Health Center in Clinton.

The facility sits next to the Union Hospital in Clinton on South Main Street.

Construction on the $4.5 million project is expected to start in the next few weeks.

Nearly 16,000 square feet will be added to the building with a second-floor addition and a main floor expansion of the current 9,000 square feet.

The new space will add 16 exam rooms, group and behavioral health treatment rooms, and administrative offices and workstation space.
