TERRE HAUTE, Ind – Terre Haute Police have arrested a local man today for voyeurism.

67-year-old David Powell faces a preliminary charge of voyeurism with a camera.

Police say that this stems from Powell allegedly taking pics of men on February 19th at a local gym in a state of undress.

An employee of Planet Fitness on West Honey Creek Drive said he caught Powell holding a phone camera and taking a picture over a bathroom stall.

Powell appears to be a team member at Grace Temple Church of Terre Haute.
