BRAZIL, Ind. – No local charges will be filed against the man who was the cause of a stand-off with police in Brazil last week.

Bryan Hutcheson was wanted on a warrant out of Georgia for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

A tip led Brazil City Police to a location he was staying at.

He was eventually persuaded by police to surrender.
