TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A Terre Haute woman accused of assisting a criminal will make a court appearance today for a change of plea hearing.

Teresa Pitts brother, Kenneth Pitts was charged with the murder of Alice “Anita” Oswald’s and police say that she helped him avoid capture, at least for a while.

She has reportedly reached a plea deal with prosecutors, but details have not been made public.
