PARIS, Ill – The Edgar County Sheriff Dept received a tip that a locally wanted man might be at a home in Paris.

On Thursday, Deputies and officers with the Paris Police Dept set up surveillance on a house at 1613 S Central.

The officers watched as several people were seen coming and going from the residence. When it was confirmed that a wanted man was in the home, officers moved in.

A little after 11 p.m. Thursday night officers arrested:

 

Christopher L Asbury

Outstanding arrest warrant for meth delivery and new charge of Poss. Of Meth.

 

Gwyneth F Blair

Outstanding arrest warrant for possession of meth.

 

Dallas E Peterson

Outstanding arrest warrant for unlawful blackjack/knife.

All three were taken to the Edgar County Jail.
