WEST TERRE HAUTE, Ind  – Efforts are underway to bring a new health clinic to West Terre Haute.

Valley Professionals is a federally qualified health center with clinics in Vigo, Vermillion, Parke and Montgomery counties, as well as a mobile school-based health clinic.

They are partnering with the Sisters of Providence.

The land for the proposed clinic and pharmacy project is at 6th Street and National Avenue.

The proposed facility would include 5,000 square feet, seven exam rooms, three mental health rooms, three offices and more.

The project is expected to create 8 to 10 jobs.
