TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A Terre Haute man has been arrested on two counts of rape.
The female victim says that she found videos of 28 year old Jay Charles Irvin having sex with her while she was passed out on medication. She believes that the crime happened multiple times.
The woman reported the incident to police October 28th after she had found photos and videos in Irvin’s email showing the crime.
Irvin is being held on $35,000 cash only bond.
