VIGO COUNTY, Ind – On Tuesday Indiana State Police arrested 23-year-old Nigel Robinson of Indianapolis on an arrest warrant out of Vigo County on charges of strangulation and criminal confinement.

Police say that Robinson was also wanted on a warrant out of Marion County for domestic battery.
