VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Friday night (03/27/20) around 8:30 p.m. Vermillion County Deputies spotted a pickup driving on the wrong side of the road and swerving in the Eugene area.

Police say that the driver, 42 year old C. Alexander Hawk III, of Cayuga, was impaired. He failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC of .18%.

Hawk was arrested and taken to the Vermillion County Jail.
