VIGO COUNTY, Ind. – A man wanted for allegedly firing shots at police during a chase earlier this week and been arrested.
Chicago Police arrested 24 year old Jacob Rentaukas Thursday night.
The West Terre Haute Police Department stopped Rentaukas Tuesday night and while they were checking his driver’s license, he took off.
Stop sticks were used at 1st and Ohio but he kept going. He was eventually stopped after crashing into the gates at the entrance of Deming Park.
He then fled on foot.
