SPRINGFIELD, Ill. – On Friday the Illinois Department of Public Health announced 2,432 new cases of coronavirus disease in the state, including 130 additional deaths.

Currently, IDPH is reporting a total of 90,369 cases, including 4,058 deaths, in the state.

One case reported in Edgar County will be removed after it was determined the person is not an Illinois resident.
