VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Sunday evening (6/14/20) around 6:30 PM, 25 year old Patrick Ledbetter of Plainfield Ind. was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated.

Deputies clocked a 2018 Nissan Altima traveling at 99mph eastbound on U.S. Highway 36.

Police say that Ledbetter showed signs of impairment.  He failed all field sobriety tests and his certified breath test result was .12%. Ledbetter also had an open container of whiskey in the vehicle.

He was arrested and taken to the Vermillion County Jail where he is currently being held on bond of $9000.00 with 10% allowed.
