Parke County, In. – At 5am Friday The Parke County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a man lying in the middle of the road near Turkey Run State park.  When Deputies arrived, they found Darby Thomas of Waveland passed out, and he was indeed lying in the middle of the road.  Thomas was transported him to the Parke County Jail and held the charge of Public Intoxication.
