Paris, Il. –  Edgar County official report that 61-year old George W. Heath of Paris died of Hypothermia Wednesday.  Edgar County 911 receiver a call yesterday morning from a person saying they found Heath unresponsive.  First Responder found Heath in a home on North Austin Street in Paris and he was pronounced dead at the scene.  Heath was homeless and a friend had told him he could stay with him until he found a place to stay but Heath reused to stay in the house and instead stayed in a detached garage with just a small space heater.
