Terre Haute, In.  The Terre Haute Fire Department was called out to fire early Tuesday morning in a home at 1555 South 18^th Street.  When the first engine arrived, the home was fully engulfed.  One person made it out of the home but suffered serious burns and was taken to the hospital.  Two dogs perished in the fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
