Vigo County, In. – The Vigo County Election Board declared a winner in the District 1 seat for Vigo County School Board on Friday. The board acknowledged a judge’s decision that Eric Graves was ineligible due to Indiana residency laws. That made Carey LaBella, the other candidate in the race, the winner. The board also discussed the upcoming municipal primary election coming up in May. As of now, the plan is to have 11 voting locations, just like the midterms. The election board is also considering adding The Meadows Shopping Center, the Vigo Schools Public Safety and Security offices in West Terre Haute, and Seelyville Town Hall as additional polling places.
