TERRE HAUTE – Greg Gibson, owner of the Indiana Theatre, is donating that building to the Capital Improvement Board.

The gift of the venue, most recently used for events, will be costly. A new roof and heating and cooling system are needed.

The building could be used for motion pictures, concerts and other events in the future.
