VINCENNES – Knox County Coroner Karen Donovan appeared in court Monday on charges of possession of meth and possesion of a controlled substance.

She was arrested March 22. She is due back on court July 17.

The Knox County Council and Commissioners have voted to start the process to remove Donovan from office,
