CLAY COUNTY, Indiana (DLC Media) – A Clay County warrant resulted in a speedy arrest last week. The Clay County Sheriff’s issued and conducted an arrest warrant made out to 33-year-old Nicholas Bennet of Brazil. Bennett was arrested, soon after the warrant was issued, from his home.

Upon entry to the home, multiple reportedly stolen items were found to be in possession of Bennett who now faces charges for possession of Methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance, marijuana possession, and possession of paraphernalia.
