TERRE HAUTE, Indiana (DLC Media) – Sunday evening a truck vs. motorcycle accident left three injured and one arrested. The accident happened at the intersection of N 13th St. and Fort Harrison Ave. The motorcycle was being operated by a man with two juveniles riding along. The bike lost control and had to be laid down sideways.

The three were taken to the hospital for injuries and one of the juveniles was taken to Indianapolis. The man who was operating the motorcycle, identified as Donald R. Orman of Terre Haute, was arrested and now faces charges of recklessness/aggressive driving resulting in serious bodily injury, operation of a vehicle while intoxicated, and neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury.
