Sullivan County, In. – After an investigation that began on May 9th the Indiana State Police has made an arrest in a child molestation case. The investigation revealed that 49-year-old Thomas M. Salyers of Farmersburg, Indiana, allegedly molested a female under the age of 14. After reviewing the investigation Sullivan County Prosecutor Ann Mischler requested and received an arrest warrant for Salyers. Salyers is charged with Child Molesting where defendant is at least 21 years of age, Class 1 Felony and Child Seduction – Guardian, adoptive parent, adoptive grandparent, Class 2 Felony. He is currently in the Sullivan County Jail without bond.
