Vincennes, In. – Conservation officers and other recovery teams spent the afternoon yesterday searching the Wabash River in Knox County for a missing child.  The search began around 3pm at Kimmel Park.  The child’s body was found late yesterday evening downstream from the boat ramp.  At this time details of how or why the child got into the river is not known.  The family has been notified the body was found but other details are sketchy at this time.
