Terre Haute, In. –  The location of the new Goodwill Excel Center will be in The Meadows on the city’s east side.  The center will allow people 18 and older the opportunity to earn their high school diploma. The benefits include free tuition and childcare, and transportation assistance. A recent $250, 000grant from ARPA fund have helped make the center a reality. If everything goes as planned the center will open on August 5 in a temporary location in the basement of the Meadows Shopping Center. Construction will be completed in the spring of 2025.
