Terre Haute, In. – ISU President Doctor Mike Goddard announced Friday that Tacy Archuleta has been names as the new head baseball coach at Indiana State University. Archuleta comes to ISU from the University of Southern Indiana where he had been the head baseball coach for the past 18 seasons. Archuleta is a two-time Division II National Coach of the year (2010,2014) and was also named the ABCA Midwest Region Coach of the year 5 times. Archuleta becomes the 30th ISU baseball coach and takes over after coach Mitch Hannas left to become head baseball coach of the University of South Florida.
