Terre Haute, In. – A truck crashed into a utility pole on the corner of 23rd and Chase Monday during the noon hour. The impact of the truck hitting the pole broke it in half causing about 30 Duke Energy customers to lose power. Duke dispatched a crew to make temporary repairs restoring power. No one was injured in the accident.
