Clark County, Illinois – Saturday morning the Clark County Sheriff’s Office received a call that a juvenile was in distress in the Wabash River southeast of West Union, Illinois. Reports say that the teen had been playing in the river with family members and was swept away by the current.  After an extensive search the body of the teen, reportedly from Meron, Indiana, was found in the river around 2:05 pm.
