Parke County, Indiana – On June 30th the online group Predator Hunters Indiana contacted the Parke County Sheriff’s Office with a tip and evidence on a Parke County man who they interacted with online. The Sheriff’s office investigated the claim which ended up in the arrest of 61-year-old James H. Smith. Smith was charged with child solicitation, and dissemination of matter harmful to minors. Smith appeared in court Monday and bond was set for $15,000 with 10% allowed. Smith’s next court appearance in court will be in September.
