Statewide- Grants are available to improve local shooting ranges. The Indiana Department of Natural Resources says grants are available for projects that may include new range construction or expansion of existing range facilities. All grant-funded facilities must be universally designed to accommodate all people. Grants are awarded based on the respective letters of intent. Applicants selected must provide 10% of the total project cost. Letters of intent must be emailed to Sam Whiteleather at swhiteleather@dnr.IN.gov.
