Terre Haute, In. – After several fires in the city Sunday night the Terre Haute Fire Department requested help from The Police Department to investigate the possibility of arson.  The fire was reported about 5 p.m. They caught the arsonist as she was setting the sixth fire. Arrested was Cheyanne Lowrance, 29, of Terre Haute, who was charged with six counts of arson, a Level 5 felony, and one count of arson resulting in bodily injury.  A Firefighter sustained minor injuries while fighting one of the fires.   The fires mainly targeted rubbish containers and dumpsters, in the area of Hulman Drive and Seabury Avenue. The old JD’s Steakhouse at Third and Minshall streets was also struck, but there was minimal damage to the front door.
