TH Man Receives In-Home Detention In Child Exploitation Case

 

Terre Haute, In. – Joshua Craft of Terre Haute appeared in Vigo Superior Court for sentencing.  Craft pleaded guilty of to two counts of level 5 felony child exploitation. As part of the agreement two level 6 felony charges of possessing child pornography were dropped. Craft was then sentenced to 6 years for each charge to run concurrently. Four of those years will be served under the Vigo County Corrections in-home detention, with the remaining two years under formal probation. Craft will receive credit for 535 days’ time served as well.
