Terre Haute, In. – One of the projects to be funded by American Rescue Plan money is the painting of the Vigo County Courthouse Dome.  The Dome has been pressure washed and is receiving the paint job.  It’s been 10 years since the dome was last painted.  The work is expected to be finished this week.
